Shopyfest ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 10-14 business days to allow for processing time.

Most items can be individually tracked from your order page as soon as they are shipped. We will also send you an email and SMS with the tracking number of the local courier once your package is out for delivery.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, most items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund if they are still in new and unused condition
This service is provided free as long as your product is still within the warranty period.
Items such as undergarments, personal grooming products, and consumable products cannot be refunded if opened.
Pickup charges for returning an item are CAD $65. Pickup is free in case your product is defective, damaged or not as advertised.
